In 2009 E.S.Aero expanded its presence on the Ocean Airport by moving its day-to-day offices into the airport terminal building.  This expansion has allowed for increased corporate office and administrative space, meeting space with 270-degrees of white boards, and a dedicated library room to contain the company's extensive collection of aerospace and engineering references.

In 2005, E.S.Aero relocated to Oceano Airport (L52), which is 15 miles south of San Luis Obispo, CA.  The company is currently operating out of two 1,000 square-foot hangars which have contain converted computing and office space, a fully capable audio and video teleconference room, and dual machining and assembly workshop areas.  The most recent expansion was into a third 2,000 square-foot hangar used for large-scale indoor testing.  Being located on an airport has brought many advantages to the company, including easy access to air transportation, high public visibility, and room for future facility expansion.  Most importantly, calling Oceano Airport home has given E.S.Aero ample space for prototype flight testing, eliminating the need to travel long distances for engineering tests.
