ESAero is a growing aerospace company in the San Luis Obispo area and provides various services which include but are not limited to: rapid system development, on-demand niche engineering, hands-on development/testing, and small UAS aerospace system manufacturing.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with engineers on machining operations and tasks to create in house prototypes and builds.
    • Utilize machining tools to modify and create parts.
    • Become primary POC on shop tool use, storage, and safety.
    • Assist in developing shop capabilities.
    • Assist in any facility modifications as needed.
  • Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
    • US Citizen
    • Proficiency and experience with machining tools and operations such as lathes, mills, CNC, drill press.
    • Technical hands-on capability with attention to detail. Including wiring, soldering, parts fabrication, assembly, and general shop work/maintenance.
    • 2+ years of experience

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Maintain machine shop equipment
    • Setup and operate CNC and manual machines
