Electric Aircraft & Innovative R&D
ESAero has been a leader in electric aircraft design. In addition to being the prime contractor for NASA’s X-57 all-electric airplane, we have also completed several projects supporting emerging aerospace technologies. We continue to push technology development in the electric and advanced air mobility space by working with government and private customers on cutting-edge solutions and research projects.
Engineering Design & DFM
ESAero has grown its expertise from research-based engineering to provide a variety of aerospace engineering services. Our engineering services range from conceptual design of new aircraft, power systems architecture, design-for-manufacturing, and design-for-reliability.
Rapid Prototyping & Testing
With a strong background in research and development, ESAero has the resources and know-how to efficiently prototype, test, and demonstrate emerging technology. In-house resources include 3D printers, CNC machines, prognostics & health management tools, electric motor dynamometers, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and more.
AS9100 Certified Manufacturing
ESAero provides manufacturing services to government and private customers. We are AS9100 certified to be able to deliver aerospace grade products at the highest quality. With emerging technologies and specialty use of aerospace systems, we can provide manufacturing services at low-rate-initial production to high-rate-serial-production.
